Youtube is a very popular videos sharing site with thousands of videos being upload every day. For KMplayer I'm not too sure if it can play it as I don't have any flv file in my PC to test it out, but it shouldn't be a problem. Try searching for "convert flv to avi" or similar combination. You should be able to find some free software that would do the job just fine.
